Join WFAN as they celebrate 20 years of engaging women in building an ecological and just food and agricultural system through individual and community power! As always, there will be plenty of time for networking, a great slate of farm and urban ag. tours, and lots of delicious, locally grown food in addition to the great line-up of informative and engaging workshops. An event to inspire and inform young women in agriculture about their opportunities and potential. With keynote speakers Carrie Mess, Natalina Sents, and Cristen Clark, the day will be powerful and impactful. Each attendee will walk away from the event with connections to peers and mentors. Women in Ag. Leadership Conference, Ames, IA

Whether you want to be an active leader within your farm family, create the agribusiness career path of your dreams, or influence local agricultural boards and committees, this conference will have something for you. The event will bring women together for inspiration, informal mentoring, new ideas and expanded skill sets around leadership. As we continue to grow the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Women in Ag program, we want to offer activities that are unique in our state, take advantage of university expertise, and support the community of women in agriculture.
